A Classic Stifel Theatre St. Louis Wedding Featuring Bright Pops of Color
Today’s feature wedding is all about bright pops of color. In a wedding season full of neutral tones, organic greenery and blush accents, Laura & Marcus planned a classic Stifel Theatre wedding accented with bright colors that seemed to perfectly reflect their fun personalities. Not everyone is willing to go bold with their wedding flowers, but Laura wasn’t afraid to play with color and trusted Sandra to come up with the perfect mix of bright flowers to add a fun element to the day. The palette of greens, reds and pinks were an unexpected pop against the beautiful gold-tones of the Stifel Theatre’s Grand Lobby. The day was a little bit classic, a little bit quirky, and 100% Laura & Marcus!
Sandra worked with Laura to combine various shades of pinks, red, peaches and green together to achieve the right mix in the bouquets and reception flowers. The bold colors and interesting textures popped against the bridesmaids’ hunter green dresses!
One of the best things about ceremonies in the Ticket Lobby of Stifel is that the space feels both grand and intimate at the same time. It’s one of my favorite ceremony locations!
I also absolutely love it when a couple chooses to have someone close to them officiate their wedding. It adds such a special touch and so much emotion to the ceremony. For their Jewish ceremony under a gorgeous lace chuppah, Laura & Marcus chose to have their siblings officiate! Then for the 7 Blessings, they chose to have 7 friends and family members read blessings from the crowd. Talk about a personal touch!
How adorable are these flower girls?!
Upstairs, the Grand Hall glowed with candlelight, providing the perfect atmosphere for dinner and dancing. Gold candelabras, candlesticks and chargers kept a classic feel to the reception space, while the flowers accented each table with bright pops of color. The ceremony arrangements were reimagined on the head table, which anchored the room and provided a colorful focal point to the reception.
One of the best things about all the amazing photos from Ashley Fisher Photography is that you can feel the love and emotion radiating from each image. These two are not afraid to express themselves and I love it!
Laura & Marcus, thank you for letting us be a part of your day, and for entrusting us with your wedding vision!
